Moving to Sweden

Your home in Sweden, arranged before you arrive

For Erasmus students, international workers, short stays and anyone relocating to Sweden. One personal contact finds the right home, talks to the landlord and guides you until you have the keys.

Who we help

Housing for internationals in Sweden

Erasmus and exchange students

A furnished room or apartment for a semester or a full year, ready when your studies start. Your letter of admission is enough as documentation.

Work and short stays

Consultants, interns and new employees who need a home for a few months. Your employment contract or assignment letter works as proof of income.

Relocating to Sweden

Moving here for good, with a partner or a family? We help you find a long-term home and explain how Swedish rental contracts work.

How it works

Four steps to your Swedish home

  1. 01

    Create your profile

Tell us when you arrive, your budget and which city. A passport or national ID is enough, no Swedish personnummer or BankID required.

  2. 02

    Upload your documents

Letter of admission, employment contract or recent payslips. Everything is stored securely and shared only with landlords you are presented to.

  3. 03

    We find and present you

Your personal contact at Rental Sweden matches you with suitable homes and presents your profile directly to the landlord.

  4. 04

    Sign and move in

You sign the rental agreement directly with the landlord, digitally, before you land. The agency fee is paid only when you have actually got the home.

Fair and safe

You only pay when you get the home

Searching, applying and being presented to landlords is free. When a landlord accepts you, you receive a personal agreement link with the agency fee clearly stated including VAT, and you can pay securely by card. If the rental does not go through, you pay nothing.
